great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

Easy to find and close to the BRT. 10 min walk to the shopping district including Starbucks which was a great bonus for us! Check in was a little slow but otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. A small grocery story attached to the hotel is very convenient. Good food close by. The room was very spacious and clean. Due to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners). The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints. Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc
