She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan.

White shirts, belts, leather shoes are very formal. They take the initiative to help you load and unload your luggage. Focus on the front desk lady who was on duty on the evening of August 9 and 10, who was particularly patient. I am a platinum member myself and can enjoy free upgrade rights. Miss sister mistakenly thought that I booked an ordinary big bed room and upgraded me to a deluxe big bed room. In fact, I originally booked a deluxe big bed room. After discovering this small work error, I took the initiative to give breakfast to apologize, and it was very warm. By the way, breakfast is on the 14th floor rooftop, with both indoor dining areas and open-air outdoor seats. When eating, you can overlook the surrounding panoramic view. The meal is very carefully matched. There are both Yinchuan local specialties early, and there are also home-cooked Chinese and Western simple meals. The fruit and vegetables are very rich. There are actually two kinds of local grapes, which are very local. The hotel facilities are also in place, with meeting rooms, gyms, and laundry rooms. Yihi and Shenzhou car rental point are 800 meters walk from the hotel, very convenient, suitable for family to settle down and then drive or return the car in advance, saving money and time. Picking bones in the egg says a small disadvantage: the water pressure in the 13th floor room is a bit small, if this can be improved, it will be almost perfect. The location is also very dominant, close to the high-speed rail station. There is a stall market next to it. Although it cannot completely replace Huaiyuan Night Market, there are all kinds of local food such as barbecue, spicy hot and spicy. Many restaurants around are direct stores or branches of local multi-year-old shops. You can find restaurants such as Qingqing fried stew, and it is very convenient to eat. In contrast, the Huaiyuan Night Market in the peak season is crowded and crowded. I stayed for 5 minutes and quickly withdrew. There were many people and there were safety hazards. The experience was very poor. Compared with a fruit chain hotel that lived in Yinchuan before, the price is still 100 yuan expensive. No matter the location, health, hardware or service, it is completely incomparable. The overall experience is very good, you can choose this one first in Yinchuan.

Staying with my family at Helanshan Homestay Collection was an absolutely fantastic experience! 👍 The environment is peaceful, the views are expansive, directly facing Helan Mountain, and the property is very photogenic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the private courtyard allows adults to relax and enjoy the mountain views while kids can play freely. You get to experience the Northwestern wilderness and learn about wine culture – it's a hidden gem for a vacation in Yinchuan. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningxia.

Before I went, I looked at the pictures very beautiful. Because of temporary overtime, it was dark at the hotel and missed the sunset, but I was shocked by the warm lights and stars of the hotel. It was really like a fairy tale cabin! ! The toiletries in the room also smelled good lavender! Although I can’t pick grapes in winter, there is no bonfire. Yinong Winery Guesthouse is the first winery guesthouse on the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains. The owner is gentle and refined, with a distinctly literary air. The guesthouse is decorated in a modern Chinese style, elegant and comfortable. Guest rooms are on the second floor, while the butler and restaurant are on the first floor, very convenient. Rooms use a password system; the butler sends the check-in code to guests' phones in advance. Upon arrival, the butler proactively helps with luggage, providing prompt and excellent service. The cleanliness is good, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The guest rooms are named after wineries: Hesong, Xiaoya, Guofeng, Shunhua, Zhuyi, and Taotian are already released wines, while Jianjia represents the future. A bottle of Shunhua was provided upon check-in, which we finished that very evening! 👍🏻 The window overlooks a large vineyard, and you can even see the sunrise from your room in the morning. Breakfast is a buffet, with main dishes including pancakes and fried dough sticks, as well as corn and sweet potatoes. There's a good variety of side dishes, and the millet porridge is cooked perfectly – a very satisfying breakfast. After breakfast, the butler led us on a tour of the wine cellar and production line, giving us a deeper understanding of Yinong. Yinong is definitely an essential stop on any wine tour of the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Helan Mountain, where light pollution is minimal, making the night sky incredibly clear. On clear nights, you can simply look up and see a sky full of stars, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The hotel offers both indoor and spacious outdoor stargazing areas. Indoors, you can escape the chilly night winds, allowing even those sensitive to the cold to comfortably enjoy the starry sky. Outdoors, the unobstructed views directly face the vast night sky, where the evening breeze combined with the tranquility of the distant mountains provides an immersive experience of the romantic Northwestern stars. What truly deserves praise is the astronomy telescope teaching service. The professional instructor explains complex astronomical knowledge in an easy-to-understand way, patiently guiding you step-by-step through the telescope's operation – from locating stars and focusing to aligning with celestial bodies. Even complete beginners can quickly get the hang of it. Seeing Saturn and the Moon through the telescope with my own eyes was far more breathtaking than any picture. We also learned to identify constellations and gained knowledge about the Milky Way; both adults and children found it incredibly rewarding. The instructor was meticulous in their explanations, addressing everyone's questions without being perfunctory. Afterwards, they even shared stargazing tips, making the whole experience exceptionally good. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are thoughtful. You can relax during the day and embark on a starry adventure at night, perfectly blending vacation with educational exploration. I highly recommend this experience for both romantic getaways and family trips. Escaping the city hustle to encounter the brilliant Milky Way at the foot of Helan Mountain is an unforgettable travel memory. Highly recommended!

You can see the stars on the roof. I have to say that the stars in Helan Mountain are numerous and bright. It is not far from the rock painting scenic area. Just walk a few hundred meters up the mountain along the road. Enter and take the battery car to the scenic area. It takes 2 minutes to drive. It is recommended to stay 2 hours to visit the rock paintings. Many of them have been weathered.
