4-Star Hotels in Lahore District

Pretty much spot on. Location isn’t bad but it’s not amazing either. But it’s perfect for everything else. Great team, simple check in and check out and everyone was really nice. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Good air con in the room and a very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

I like this hotel a lot. I have stayed three times already. The staff is kind and friendly and the decoration is composed of modern art pieces by young local artists.

The size of the room is neither too big nor too small. It is just right. The bathroom is separated. There are many types of breakfast, especially desserts and cakes. There are also a lot of people. Overall, it is not bad.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time.

Hotel service is very hygienic, Chinese breakfast is also good, stay here for a few days feel at home, all services are really good, the hotel ***ager service is very good.Asghar WASEEM Good

Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!
