Guests assume all risks and release the host and owner from liability for hot tub and fire pit use.3. We do not provide fire wood for the fire pit but you can buy them at nearby Lowe's.4. Sorry, no pets.5. During snow season: roads may be slippery and icicles may form near the roof edge. Be cautious of your surroundings! We recommend a 4WD vehicle during snow season.6.
