11381080****The lobby has an old-money style, exquisite and grand. During the Christmas season, there's a huge Christmas tree, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The location is convenient; if you rent a car, there's an underground parking garage right next door with direct access to the hotel. There's a famous steakhouse on the first floor of the hotel—they offer free Starbucks coffee every morning—the service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I ate steak on the first floor, and because the chef cooked it medium-well instead of medium, the waiter waived my bill (but the restaurant's taste was too ordinary; I wouldn't recommend it).

GGuest UserOverall, I had a good stay and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced at $98 per night. However, I was surprised that parking cost $60 per night—more than half the price of the room itself. The hotel also charged amenity fees despite offering very limited amenities. There was no complimentary parking available, leaving guests to either pay the expensive parking fee or find street parking. While the stay was pleasant overall, the additional fees significantly reduced the value.

VVictor Sunny Wuover charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory. Was not welcoming; .no service available. Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available. There was one person in the lobby to assist customers. Did not have a great experience as had before.

NNadine RziguiI liked this hotel they gave me 16 floor ( unconscious thing but it was my birthday on the 16th as well) there's a gym and a restaurant cash machines and a vending machine place to put your luggage as well the staff at reception were rude though the girls seems strange especially the one with the red hair or orange short hair.
When I was getting my suitcases and sorting myself out before leaving instead of letting me do that she stood there waiting for me the whole time watching me so she could shut the door and while a huge queue of people at reception waited for her when that wasn't her job as there was a guy who dealt with that made me extra uncomfortable.
The room could have been cleaner as it had a smell overall i enjoyed my stay here and slept very well even that high up the TV had channels that I enjoy to watch so it was nice I stayed over one week. There are supermarkets maybe 10 minutes walk and transportation all around with buses going everywhere.

KKirus24Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.

Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
