Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast. Cleaning protocol:This space and all of its furnishings: counter tops, tables, door handles, kitchen utensils, bath surfaces, etc are fully disinfected with Lysol products prior to your arrival. All linens, toiletries, towels, and bed covers are washed and restocked. We utilize the latest disinfectant products to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Any pets will add an additional cleaning fee. PARKING:This unit has a garage available as well as plenty of public street parking. Every first and third Monday of each month the city of Oceanside conducts the street sweeper before 10am.
