Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

Nice hotel. It looked newly renovated. Spacious room & bathroom. Friendly staff with good customer service. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Nothing more to ask for.

The hotel is nice enough, however at the time of my stay they were implementing a new check-in system and I had to wait almost an hour to be allocated a room.
The staff were not managing the situation particularly well, and members of reception were having to manually check that rooms were vacant and cleaned (one at a time)!
Hopefully this issue will be resolved, and hopefully they learn from the experience and deal with future issues more efficiently!

Helt ok. Bassenger var kaldt, kunne bare være i 2 timer om gangen. Må i tillegg booke tid. Ga beskjed om at jeg hadde bursdag, fikk ingenting i forhold til dette. Dårlig rom fikk vi og i forhold til det andre paret vi reiste med. Veldig god frokost, det har de Hvertfall.

Children are not allowed to use the pool after 12:00. Only between 07:00-12:00. This information was not available when booking the room, only in the Spa-section if you access their separate webpage. What a horse-s…. rule. The Hotel Manager should find him/her self a new job.
