"В целом отель хороший, как и вся сеть Scandic. Расположение супер, завтраки вкусные. Нам только не очень повезло с номером. В нашем при заселении почему-то было +28 градусов. Настроить систему вентиляции не удалось, поэтому нам заменили номер. А в новом номере вообще вместо красивого вида были только закрытые сломанные жалюзи на окне, и нельзя было их открывать"

"The location is superb, take the fb40 bus driver from the airport to stop you at the nearest place, walk 7 minutes to the hotel, the environment is beautiful, walk the ancient city, walk to the sermon stone, and the bus rail station for 10 minutes"

"The room was a perfect size, and the bedding was very comfortable, including the duvet and pillows. The front desk was very attentive and patiently answered my numerous questions, especially regarding transportation to attractions and the airport shuttle bus pick-up location. Besides the room and attentive service, the hotel's overall appeal was its generous breakfast and prime location. The bus to Preikestolen and the airport shuttle are both within easy reach. You can ask the front desk for detailed ticket purchase and boarding instructions; they were very friendly and patient. I also forgot to mention that they offer a 24-hour coffee machine and complimentary soda water. Turn right after the front desk, and of course, there's no coffee machine or kettle in the room."

"Good location: very close to the Fiskepiren pier to the Mission Stone and the airport bus. In the old town, so walking to the sights are within a few hundred meters. Soundproofing is good, very quiet, with a fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was too rich and there was salmon. This price is really cost-effective in Norway."

"This is a very clean and comfortable hostel. The female staff are also friendly. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I would like to see lights next to the beds. It would be helpful to be able to use the common areas before check-in and after check-out. And the most important thing that needs improvement is this: There is another hostel run by the same owner very close to this one, and it is very confusing which one to go to. The message I received shortly before my stay gave the address of the hostel I was actually staying at, but the booking site only gave the address of the other hostel. I mistakenly went to the other hostel. Furthermore, the entrance code was the same for both hostels, so I went inside the wrong one. I would like to see improvements such as separate booking sites for each hostel."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and it's super convenient – just a two-minute walk from both the long-distance bus station and the train station, only about a hundred meters away. The staff were also excellent."

"Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week. "

"A decent hotel with convenient transportation. The location is not in the center, but there is a big supermarket nearby. The room is small and the facilities are a bit old. You need to ask the front desk for a kettle. There is no hair dryer."
