Clarion Hotel Energy

We stayed at Clarion Hotel Energy, Stavanger for 4 nights. We had a super delicious and full variety of foods in the breakfast restaurant. I celebrated my birthday at Kitchen & Table Restaurant, the foods and the service was excellent. We are satisfied the standard of the room, but the cleaning need to be improve eg: vacuuming and mop the floor and dusting the table. Generally, good service minded staffs, excellent foods.

I was in Stavanger for 4 weeks on 2 separate trips during October to December 2021. I was accommodated at this hotel by my company so I did not know what to expect. Fortunately, the hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Firstly it is within easy walking distance of the town centre. Everything is on your doorstep, including a supermarket, which is next door. The rooms are functional, bright and clean. It is not a 5* Hotel and it is not marketed in that bracket. You get everything you need and more but for a very good price. The best bit is the breakfast, it is vast and has so much variety. It is always kept well stocked and caters for every taste. The hot food is plentiful as is the choice of cold meats and cereals. The staff are some of the most helpful that I have ever encountered. We dealt with Linda who was on the night shift, she could not have been more helpful and the team provided us with an extra early breakfast on the weekends, even though they did not have to. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and i will most definitely be returning. Thank You Linda and the rest of the team.

Because the flight was postponed twice, the red-eye flight from the previous night was delayed until one o'clock in the afternoon to Oslo, driving in the mornings of various corners, or in the middle of the night, it was darker and lacquered into the hotel, although the summer of Norway was dark. late. The breakfast is great, it is worth the extra bed fee I paid. Hotel location should be OK, did not care, but note that there are two Radisson Blu, very close, don't go wrong. There are not many parking spaces in the underground parking garage. It can only be parked in the parking lot. The city center charges are expensive. It is a good time...

Father and son stay Thursday - Saturday to explore nearby Stavanger. One of the factors when picking this hotel was it was on the bus route and less than a couple of miles from Stavanger so figured it would be a nice walk or short bus ride each day into the town, breakfast was also included with our booking. First thing first this is a Hotel next to the local Hospital. It turns out this is actually accommodation for hospital residents also with wheelchairs about the place and lots of newborns in the restaurant in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The room was as you’d expect for the price two beds pushed together separate blankets. Small fridge. One working sidelight - one not. Small area for hanging 3 or 4 items and a TV on the wall and a desk. Decent sized shower (Wheelchair friendly) and bathroom area - Although there was a step up into the bathroom which made no sense and also the cause of a couple of stubbed toes when going to the loo in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning. Breakfast. Fresh juices. 3 choices of eggs - soft / Hard or scrambled Mini hot dog style sausages Muesli Fresh breads Cold cuts of meat 3 cereals Bus route outside: No bus on the weekend to the airport runs past the hospital so you have to get a local bus into the city. Taxi to town 167 Kr Walk into the city 25 mins

This hotel is very cost effective. First of all, the location is very good, there is a parking lot suitable for self-driving, not far from the city center, the pier, the ancient city (I walk about 15-20min); secondly, the hotel's breakfast is very rich; the hotel's facilities are relatively new, the layout is very warm, Cost-effective.

Good location ~ 5 minutes walk to the terminal ~ It only costs less than 400 yuan to take a taxi to the airport ~ But the room is small ~ No air conditioning ~ It can be very hot in summer ~ Breakfast is okay ~ Actually ok for the price~
