Замечательный отель! Лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Отель очень чистый. Идеально блестящая сантехника, нет и намёка на плесень. Удобные матрасы и подушки, кипельно белые халаты и простыни. Шумоизоляция идеальная. Тихо, тепло, нет посторонних запахов. Рекомендую.

Отель Мелисса отличный. Чисто, номер большой, удобные матрасы и подушки, есть холодильник. Приветливый персонал, помогли забронировать номер с удобным расположением комнат. Расположен отель в тихом месте, есть своя подземная парковка. Обязательно ещё вернёмся.

За день до поездки отменили по своему усмотрению бронь, обосновав гос.заказом. Пришлось искать другую гостиницу. Впервые сталкиваемся с подобным отношением от гостиниц с четырьмя звездами. Сюрреализм. Возмущению нет предела
