"Location is excellent. All the infrastructure is next, it is a big plus. We were settled on 11th floor. There is a cooler with water that pleased. The room is not big, it's clean. The measure is because the dishes are dirty: on the bed table there are 2 cups on which traces of someone's lips and fluids of tea or coffee....In the shower there is soap, shampoo and gel. In the room: 2 beds, table and one chair. There is a tv, but there is no signal, to look will not work. There is an air conditioner, but on the first night it stopped working. In the hotel itself is very dusty, especially in the elevators. Well and wi fi - it is a gest!!! With this here trouble!!! Since the purpose of our trip was working, the presence of the Internet was a very important moment for us, but alas, the signal was almost not!!! It was a failure!!!"

"We lived in a guesthouse from May 14 to May 21. The guesthouse is located very successfully in the city center, next to the mineral water, the park "Tsvetnik" (about it landing in a bus on a tour). We bought a vouchers without food and with health, so I can't say anything about food, but we recovered only with oxygen cocktail and herbal tea. The room we had on the 3rd floor, standard 2 category. The room is quite decent, fresh repair, of course it is not a euro repair, but we liked it: clean and neat. In the room, two beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows, new blankets and clean white underwear. For each guest, 3 towels, they can be changed every day, bed linen we changed after 4 days. In the room air conditioner, refrigerator, teapot, fan. Everything works perfectly. In the corridor there is a cooler. Also in the room is a large balcony with a dryer. In the bathroom, the plumbing is simple but new and clean, shower with curtain. Water is cold and hot without interruption, there is even a pelvis for washing. Shampoo, shower gel, soap is filled daily. Cleaning daily. Staff is welcome. Thank you very much. Next time we plan to come to heal."

"Been there for awhile, it’s very nice and modern hotel. I liked the design and rooms generally, friendly staff and good breakfast. Its not far from city but probably better to order taxi if you want to visit the city. What i missed was on breakfast ( everything was written in Russian) was bit difficult to understand whats written there. Overall everything was okay and i would come back again if i ever visit Stavropol."

"The hotel is very successful. Nearby is a lot of cafes, a small shopping center, a foodcort with a huge variety of kitchens: Vietnamese, Thai, Georgian and others. The room is spacious, light, snowy bed and soft towels with a nail. There is a teapot, coffee and tea. You can go out to the Italian courtyard for breakfast, there is very beautiful and quiet.
