Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Carpet was dusty. Wifi wasn’t working. And bedding was very old and was turning yellow.

The room was super clean and comfortable, check in was easy. This motel is located on a main road so the noise from passing trucks is very loud. The gardens and outdoor area are neglected and unusable. Inconvenient location if you do not have your own transport. But...this was the cheapest place in town.

Great for the price. Clean, everything you need. Some road noise but not that close to the road. Managers very accommodating. Bathroom has been updated it would seem. Bed was very comfortable. Close to hotels for food. Easy to access and fuel stop close by.

Sadly they took my money twice, once under Motel Stawell and once from the online booking engine (Monarch Entrepreneurs), many phone calls and many promises, but no money back yet. I feel they have no interest in refunding me. After all of this time they expect me to give up, I’m working with the bank now.

The room and facilities were fine but being on the highway the constant, loud and incessant noise of the transport traffic made it impossible to sleep! Never again!
