Quality Inn & Suites Steamboat Springs

It was a great stay no complaints we had to stay an additional night then we planned customer service kept the same rate even though it was more to stay second night. Convenient location close to everything !!

I liked this Motel and it's location is quite good with a walk/ bike path right next door. A great looking lobby and a clean well tenders breakfast area. Laundry room near the lobby and ample parking. Starbucks right close by too. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel as a ‘bed for the night’ whilst skiing. Only good things where the room was clean and the ski bus is directly outside. Front desk couldn’t have cared less. Breakfast poor. General state of hotel poor. Front door looks like a tradesman’s entrance. Back door open to anyone who wants to walk in (rather than be locked to guests only. The most worrying thing was the hotel taking a $244 ‘pre-authorisation’ AFTER we checked out . So we paid for 3 nights rather than 2 and we are still waiting for the money to be returned almost 2 weeks later

My husband and his friend were scheduled to spend one night following a day of fishing. We prebooked. However, the elderly friend had a medical emergency and they were forced to cancel the reservation the same morning. The friend spent 3 nights in hospital. The hotel refused to reimburse the room fee despite multiple efforts to resolve it.

We had a two-roomed suite. The sitting room was spacious and comfortable. A full kitchen with full size fridge, stove and dishwasher was a boon. The bedroom was very large, with king size bed, TV and bathroom. All spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy with good linen. The water in the shower was a little slow to drain, but that was the the only issue. There is no lift/elevator so we had to make a couple of trips with all our stuff to the second floor, but it was no big deal. The front desk staff were very friendly, as was the lady in charge of the breakfast room. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Carrie was super helpful with assisting with unexpected charges although in the end I paid more than expected.

Nice staff. Decent standard hotel breakfast. Rooms were basic and kinda small but bedding was comfortable

My parents stayed at this hotel a couple nights ago and had a terrible experience upon arriving in their room. The hallway mirror adjacent to the bathroom door fell and shattered upon my father closing the door. They immediately called the front desk to let them know what happened and request assistance cleaning up the glass. The man at the front desk stated that they could not get any service until the next morning. They told him they could not walk around the room with broken glass on the floor. At no time did he ask if anyone was hurt and quickly state there were no other rooms available. Upon complaining, he said he would come up and help in a few minutes. After waiting for an extended period, my mother went down to the front desk and the man was just sitting there. She again asked him to come clean the room or give her a broom or vacuum to do it herself. Instead he had the audacity to request a credit card to pay for the damage. My mother refused as the mirror was not sturdy and fell on its own with the door closure. He proceeded to say he needed to talk to his manager as they should have to pay for the damage. They refused again. I can't believe a hotel would treat anyone this way. Our family will not stay here ever again and do not recommend anyone else stay here.

We had a nice room with a jet tub in sleeping area. We did use the tub & it worked great. However, there was a funky smell in the room, possibly due to the tub. The bed was very comfy. Shower was great as well. The hallway carpet was damp. Disappointed in breakfast. The attendant wasn't really helpful. Looking forward to pancakes but they were out of batter. A lot of construction guys staying there & they had taken over the hot tub (reason we used the tub in our room). Decent accommodations if you're not picky.
