For the first time ever I left belongings at a hotel. Homewood Suites by Hilton at Steamboat Springs was efficient and helpful in finding my items and shipping them promptly to my home. Thank you to the staff.

We enjoyed our trip. The room was clean. We liked the hot tub and we really appreciated the shuttle bus to the ski lift. The shuttle driver was sweet.

newer hotel, clean, close to downtown, excellent mexican restaurant nearby (walkable), hotel bar open in evenings, small outdoor pool, 10 person hot tub (clean, in good working order), and free hot breakfast. Rooms seem well insulated for sound.

When Isabella checked us in she was friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was nicely updated, spacious, and stocked with more than we needed (toiletries, pots/pans, dish soap, etc). The heat worked very well, the shower was nice and hot, and the bed was comfortable. Ran to Walmart around the corner to buy a rug for inside the front door as our snowy shoes were quite slippery on the flooring. It was tough to turn onto the street when going somewhere as the plows caused high snow mounds that we couldn’t see around/over for oncoming traffic. For that same reason it was almost impossible to walk our dog around the area; we ended up having to put him in the car and drive somewhere else. The staff was very kind and let us have a late checkout since it wasn't a busy arrival day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with them again.
