Blocco del termosifone acceso a tutto busso con una bagno impraticabile a 30 gradi di temperatura. Parte il nostro caldo, spreco energetico importante. Informata la reception, scarsa reattività nella soluzione del problema. Inoltre inserire che fra i servizi offerti c'è la SPA e non dire che questa è a pagamento (nella maggior parte degli hotel in Europa la SPA è free use) non è un corretto modo di informare (e questo vale anche per trip.com, non solo per Art & Hotel). Sembra di esser tornati a quando in Italia si pagava la connessione Internet in Hotel mentre nel resto d'Europa era free of charge. A proposito, il wifi in Hotel è libero, di facile accesso ma con un segnale eccessivamente debole: insufficiente sia per lavorare sia per veder un film al tablet. un WiFi così è come non averlo. Coazione accettabile, nulla di più.

周邊可能不太適合遊玩購物，但作為機場周邊的差旅落腳點，很棒。早飯不錯，晚餐的選擇雖不多但很好吃，酒單比菜單豐富，樓下的健身設施也不錯，對商旅的客人很友好。

Prima hotel. Kamers zijn niet heel groot prijs kwaliteit klopt wel. Schone kamers maar verdienen een opknapbeurt. Wel een minpunt is het warme water in de douche…. Soms is dit warm en vaak lauw. Ontbijt is goed! Erg goed verbeterd tov jaar ervoor. Ik ga zeker terugkomen!

Fortemente scnsigliato per chi è in trnasito all'aeroporto di Bergamo. La gentilezza del personale non è una priorità. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi in taxi e per la mattina hanno suggerito una navetta con loro convenzionata che non solo è costata di più del taxi notturno ma che abbiamo dovuto aspettare per più di un quarto d'ora alla reception, visto che ci avevano dato un orario sbagliato. Ciliegina sulla torta, la signorina della reception al posto di scusarsi per l'errore commesso (confermato dell'autista) ha detto che era colpa nostra perché avevamo prenotato tardi. Ci sono hotel più vicini e a conti fatti meno costosi e probabilmente con personale più cordiale. SCONSIGLIATO.
