The environment is beautiful, with large lawns and landscapes, and the room facilities are comfortable and satisfying. There are restaurants and shops on foot, and parking is convenient

L’hôtel est peu vieillissant ce qui rend les chambres peu chaleureuses. En revanche, le personnel est très sympa et aux petits soins. Facile à trouver / parking / restaurant simple mais bon. Le matin, il est agréable de se lever avec la vue sur le parc.

I stayed here while visiting friends in the area. My room was ver comfortable with views over the Bannockburn Monument. I found the staff to be very efficient and friendly. The food was very good - not fancy - home cooked dishes. Breakfast was a very fresh buffet style. I would definitely stay here again.

We were lucky enough to stay in the cottage. What a magnificent place. If only we could have stayed for longer (unsurprisingly, it was booked). Only visited reception in the main hotel once, between check-in and check-out and the two ladies there were great. So friendly. If I get the opportunity to return, I will, without a moments hesitation. 10/10

The past is in the past and there it may remain. The King Robert is a modern and welcoming hotel with the Battle of Bannockburn site only a stones throw away. Worth a visit if only for a value for money meal and a drink. Has accommodation but did not use.
