Stayed at this hotel for the first time on Friday 5th April, for one night. We arrived a few hours after check in as did some sight seeing. Customer service was poor. The lady on reception may need some customer service training. On arriving at the reception desk I was the first person to say hello. She answered back, and asked if we had a reservation. She looked very bored and not the usual greeting of someone on reception. After my boyfriend signed the form, as he had booked the room. She told us it was upstairs on first floor & told us where the lift was. No other communications. I work with the public everyday & I would have greeted a guest with a warm welcome. Felt like she had no interest in being friendly to customers. Room was clean, no bulb in one lamp, have to take your own shampoo and shower gel. We did however sleep well.
