I arrived at midnight, but all the reception doors were locked, and no one responded when I knocked. I thought it was self-check-in, but when I checked the booking website, it wasn't. I tried to find a phone number, and finally managed to get through to someone. The staff said they would come out to open the door, but after 3 minutes, no one came. I waited outside for 15 minutes. It was an extremely poor check-in experience. Additionally, the room was right next to the airport, so it was very noisy.

Front desk staff very helpful. Big supermarket next door is a bonus. While hotel is not near city centre tram at door step is convenient.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The ICA hypermarket is just a minute away. While the hotel is not in the city center, it is well connected by public transport, with a tram line right in front of the building.

The price for this hotel is reasonable with the very very good location surrounded by community mall and train station.

We liked everything except the fact that we have been told at the arrival that parking must be paid separately which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement prior booking. The parking is 150SEK per day. We would appreciate if this was communicated before.

Clean and modern apartment style hotel. Good location close to Bromma Blocks shopping mall and close to the tram. There are also EV chargers at the parking lot. Some downsides were that the windows could not be opened (we had to get a key from the reception to open the window) and the reception ran out of toilet papir in the evening. They also charge extra for towels and the housekeeping only cleans the room once a week.

The complex is very modern and well planned and executed. There’s a grocery store just down some steps with almost everything. Only issue was finding the place. Google map wasn’t clear and not match signage.

Everything is nice. People are kind, the room is clean and comfortable, the traffic is so close, and there is also a supermarket downstairs. I am so lucky!

The studio type apartment is very spacious, modern, and is equipped with everything you need. It’s located a bit far from the Stockholm city center and you need to take the tram and metro to get there. Metro is available every 20 mins right outside the hotel. There’s a big supermarket next to the hotel which is great. There’s a laundry room which you can reserve for 2hrs and the reception even provides detergent and fabric softener for a fee.

It is cheap to stay in Stockholm but need to 30mins to center of the city

The gentle that checked me in at the front desk was not friendly. I don’t feel welcome. When one of the lift was not working, I did not see the sign and when I approached the gentleman in olive skin at the front desk I was just trying to ask him if my swipe card is not working ? I haven’t open my mouth yet he’s already gave me a side eye and said very abruptly that - There’s a Sign there with a very sassy voice and attitude. Even though it’s not a four or five star service apartment I don’t think any customer should be treated like that when people wants to ask for help or questions in a hospitality industry. I normally don’t write a bad review unless it’s a bit rude. Apart from that it’s an affordable accommodation, the Bromma Blocks tram is right in front of the apartment and below is Maxi supermarket which is very convenient. Very easy getting to the city and back. I will be back and give this place another chance but not served by that gentleman in olive skin he needs to learn a better manner. I hope the manager read this go through this with his staff with a better front desk skill.

Although its far away from the city centre, its right next to a railway station so i think its fine

Everything is good. Nice staff, nice room. Although a distance from the city centre, there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel and I was able to buy everything I needed in the shopping mall close to the hotel.
