Location is good originally as it is near to the ferry, but its noisy at night. I can hear people arguing at the midnight.
The room is very clean but no bottles water, toothpaste and toothbrush.
The staff are very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. However there is a bit of disturbance from rats running around during the night which is make me more scary but it’s not big deal we have been experiencing it even in other hotel in big city. Nice amazing staff and food is good. Points is very closer to the ferry which is also very nice. Super thankful for my lovely chef abillah he made my stay perfectly. Hakuna matata

Horrible ! I do not recommend this hotel at all and I am surprised that ********* said so. I paid 42€, it is not worth 10!

Perhaps, once, twenty years ago, the hotel looked like in the photographs. Now it's a real dump. The rooms are dirty, with stains on the walls. The promised mosquito net was not there, there were fragments of fasteners from it. Terrible audibility, from morning till night the locals were chattering under the windows and rushing about on motorcycles. You can’t live without the air conditioner on at all, it’s very cold with the air conditioner on, and there are no blankets in the hotel, only thin sheets. The bathroom looks so disgusting that I did not dare to take a shower. I don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating.

Wij hadden voor 6-8-22 2 kamers geboekt voor 1 nacht voor gezin met 3 kinderen, omdat we ‘s nachts onze terugreis hadden. Wij kregen de kamers te zien en vonden de kamers ok. Bij de receptie kwam er een 2e man erbij die zei dat onze boeking niet akkoord was en de man die we telefonisch hadden gesproken en via whatsapp aan ons had bevestigd niet de bevoegdheid had en het telefoonnummer niet juist was. Maar dit nummer stond op hun website en degene die we hadden gesproken had eerst overlegd gehad, voordat hij ons akkoord gaf voor de boeking. Het bleek dat de kamer was gegeven aan andere mensen die er 2 dagen zouden blijven. Dit was heel frustrerend en vermoeiend. Ik zou niemand aanraden hier een kamer te boeken, want je kan alles verwachten, maar weinig begrip. Hals over kop moesten we een andere kamer boeken wat na kostbare tijd uiteindelijk gelukt was bij All Seasons en ook veel netter/schoner was.
