The hotel is beautiful. It is located at the heart of Stone town. If you like luxury than this hotel is for you. I’m definitely going to go back. The food and the friendly staff made my stay extra special.

The room was nice and clean. The service is quite good and proactive. The environment is great. There is also the only Chinese restaurant on Sang Island 300 meters away, which is very cost-effective. Recommended. However, the dolphin watching and prison island recommended by the hotel are relatively expensive, so if possible, look outside.

A standard 5-star hotel with outdated equipment. Compared to the all-inclusive star resorts in the north, the Park Hyatt is not as cost-effective in terms of services and hardware. Dinner management was a bit chaotic.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Park Hyatt and loved every moment. We were a party of 9 and had 4 rooms between us and all had an amazing time there. Special mention to Fauzi on concierge and Sentilly the head chef for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We would have no hesitation to book the Park Hyatt again - definitely the place to stay in the perfect location.

Park Hyatt Zanzibar is truly the epitome of 5-star luxury. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to assist with checkin to setting up a wonderful walking tour through Stone Town to poolside for sunset, everything was perfect. The food and drink are impeccable and the staff is above and beyond. This is the only place to stay in Stone Town, and maybe all of Zanzibar.
