We spent one night at Kisiwa House and our stay here turned out to be a perfect choice. Decoration is classy and traditional. Room is very clean. Very nice location, less than 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants, night market. Staff here are very nice and helpful, trying their best to satisfy guests. Special thanks to Esta, who helped me take good care of the painting I bought and not dried well then at night. Since we were leaving very early the next morning to catch a flight, Kisiwa were so considerate that they even prepared breakfast box for us. Thanks again.

Great experience First time in Zanzibar celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary best hotel option so peaceful to have a great staycation best guest service from airport pick thanks to Mr Ali arrived at night on a rainy day but was there paging smooth checkin clean room with great setup n fruit platter. Loved the traditional vibe with a custom morden touch great meals enyoyed the dinner on our anniversary night the roof terrace nice for pictures over looking the ocean and part of stone town Special thanks to Brenda much appreciated and the whole team at large ddnt manage to get names 2 reception ladies the bellman at night cheers took me to 6 degrees on my first night to get food managed to get a nice flower bouquet to wow my wife will definitely come back would have stayed long but had to experience both town and beach life will recommend with no doubt……

A lovely boutique hotel with professional staff. Visited with my daughter for a night to move closer to the airport. Would highly recommend. Delicious food. Spacious rooms and well maintained overall. Will definetly stay here again when back in Stonetown.

Hotel very well located, in the center of Stone Town which remains very quiet. The staff takes great care of you from arrival to departure. Breakfast on the rooftop is very generous and of very good quality. the rooms are very spacious and the cleanliness is impeccable. Thanks to Franktiba for planning our stay in Stone Town, and also to all the hotel staff who pay attention to every detail! Highly recommended!

The work was great, it was delicious, and I was very happy. The food was delicious, and for the most part, the service was good. I could see the sea in the distance and the weather was stable, so it was comfortable to stay. It's a place I want to visit again next time. It was a very happy and comfortable day. I really like it. Superb hotel. Very clean with nice decoration. Very caring staff. Very kind. Smiling. Perfect. Great breakfast. Fresh fruit and delicious fresh juice. Nice view of the sea. Air conditioning that works well. XXL bathroom.

Amazing, charming and quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Beautifully renovated modern bathroom with a huge walk in shower! The receptionist, Esta was a gem of a human being! The breakfasts were 3 course and delicious! This was truly a memorable first class experiance that i will never forget.

Amazing old Zanzibar house with lovely staff in very central but still calm location. Super nice and clean room with a comfy bed and a free standing bathtub (room No. 5). The breakfast on the roof with a cool breeze from the ocean was perfect as well. Highly recommended!

Great location to the centre with lots to do and see! Very friendly staff, wonderful aircon in the rooms and a very comfortable bed! Would definitely recommend to all friends and family to stay here whilst in Zanzibar. Thank you for making our stay so special 💖
