The location was great and at walkable distance to two different metro stations and Louvre. With lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket right across the street. There is a mini fridge below the TV stand which is great to keep my figs and peaches fresh. Staff was helpful and polite by greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice staff everywhere, everything quite stylish. Tram stop right in front of the door. The lounge with free snacks (cakes/cookies, fruit) and hot (automatic coffee/teas) and cold drinks (juice, soda/bottled cola) is just great! Every hotel should have something like that, you can compare it a bit with an airport lounge. There are also small dishes there in the evening.
The rooms are a bit small for two people and the construction of the bathroom can be very surprising. Overall, however, an absolute recommendation.

Regarding the good location, as there is no parking on site, only nearby, but it was not a problem. As for the hotel entrance, I suggest having more signage indicating the entrance. The entrance faces the canal. And since there are 2 equal blocks, I had to rotate the blocks until I found them.
Excellent hotel, clean, very comfortable, has air conditioning, very attentive and friendly staff.
We will come back whenever we can on this Okko network.

No parking at the hotel, and hard to carry luggages from the parking lot. Staff gave us discount coupons for parking lot, but the coupon wasn’t applied. Bathroom faucet was totally clogged, and water pressure was weak. Informed about birthday, but nobody knew about it & nothing was done when staff e-mailed me they’ll prepare special birthday decoration. Moreover, we found dirty socks on the ceiling covering up the fire detector, instead of birthday decoration… Requested for room change, but they said no room available. Terrible experience ever had at a hotel.
