All services are excellent. But the location is 15mins walk from tourist centre, a bit too far.

Service: Everyone at the front desk speaks English, and the service is okay. There is an additional fee for the spa in the hotel, and half of the sauna machines are broken.

As a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

Room was as advertised. Gets a bit noisy with a frequent knocking sound. Not sure where that came from.

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The welcome was perfect with smiling and always attentive staff.
The room was clean and well thought out with everything needed. I took the relaxation option for the spa, it is made up of a small hammam, two infrared cabins and a small swimming pool which is much needed.
For breakfast, there was something for everyone.
Regarding parking, you must reserve it in advance to ensure a place, but otherwise free spaces outside are available.
I will happily come and stay at this hotel!!

We booked a room for two people, there was a set of towels for one person in the room.
There was also no hairdryer.
After calling the reception and 7 hours later nothing had changed, I had to go to the reception in person late in the evening.
