Very nice hotel in the heart of Strasbourg ideal for visiting and walking. Everything is new and tastefully decorated, it’s an address to remember.

Déçue que l’espace spa et bien être ait été fermé. Et pas indiqué au moment de la réservation sur l’application. Déjeuner très cher . Pas de parking non payant sur place. Rues payantes autour . Très proche du centre ville .

Wir durften zwei Nächte im les Haras verbringen. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen wir den 5 Sterne Service. Wir waren überrascht, dass wir von den Mitarbeitenden so zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient wurden, ein spezieller Dank an alle Mitarbeitenden. Unser Zimmer 434 befand sich in dem Gebäude mit dem Frühstücksraum und dem Spa. Wir genossen das vielfältige Frühstück und den sehr schönen Spa. Das nächste Mal kommen wir im Sommer wieder (unter anderem für den schön Innenhof mit den Lounges) in das 4* Hotel Les Haras, mit dem 5* Service.

Très belle suite, mais nous attendions une petite touche supplémentaire, au minimum une bouteille d'eau, à défaut de Crémant, chocolat. SUPER calme. A revoir les chaines TV proposées, mais pas très important

Arrivée en voiture, accueil souriant des voituriers dont un qui nous accompagne à la réception pour notre enregistrement. Réceptionniste souriant, courtois qui nous informe d’un surclassement de chambre. Belle surprise. Accompagnement en chambre dans un bâtiment extérieur au Hara, la rue juste derrière. Très belle chambre avec de belles poutres apparentes, spacieuse, propre et magnifique salle de bain. Coup de cœur pour les produits d’accueil de la marque Codage, nous en avons profité pour en acheter au SPA. Chambre très calme et excellente literie. Machine Nescafé à disposition, sympa. Petit déjeuner continental servi au bar. Bons produits et service professionnel. Une belle adresse.

Convenient location 15 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Clean, nice, minimalist room with wooden floor. Quiet room with view on the courtyard. The spa was very nice but no tea or nuts any kind of food to offer on there like thy usually do in hotel spas. No free bottle water in room . Staff was very cold, they did the minimum. Did not explain is anything when we checked-in like the breakfast, the spa, the town etc. If the staff was a little bit welcoming we would have had a better experience.

Dans l’ensemble très bien, la chambre était parfaite, tout était top la literie, salle de bain etc. L’accueil a lui été aussi très bien, le fait de pouvoir avoir sa voiture garée en sécurité est un gros avantage ! La spa est bien, piscine magnifique, hamamm et sauna bien, un jacuzzi aurait été quand même un gros plus ! Donc tout s’est bien déroulé seul petit bémol le réveil .. beaucoup de bruit de chaise traînées au dessus de nous, de tables, de meuble .. enfin bref nous avons tenu à le signaler au réceptionniste qui sans aucune excuse de sa part d’ailleurs nous a gentiment expliqué que nous n’étions pas les seuls et « qu’ils menaient leur enquête .. » il a ensuite tout de suite enchaîné en nous demandant si nous avions consommé au mini bar de la chambre ce que à quoi nous avons répondu un Perrier et une bière .. je ne demande jamais d’offert de cadeau ou quoi que ce soit mais je pense qu’au vu du réveil et surtout du prix d’une chambre dans cet établissement aussi bien soit il, nous aurions pu au moins avoir un tout petit geste .. et même des excuses toutes simples auraient peut être pu avoir lieu ? Bref dans l’ensemble c’est top mais dommage de partir sur un goût amer ..
