The location is great, the staff are friendly, and most of all, it's nice that there's free coffee and water in the lobby. There's a bakery right nearby, so a quick bite of bread and coffee for breakfast is okay.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! The room was perfect and just the right size. Breakfast was very good but we only ate once in the hotel and ventured out to local places the rest of the time. The parking garage is literally right across the street so that was so convenient and the hotel gives you a discount ticket for your parking provided you don’t move your car during your stay. And everything is within walking distance from the hotel so there is no need to move it.

My husband, adult son, and I just finished a three night stay at Hotel Beaucour. We really loved our stay. My husband and I agree that it is one of our very favorite hotels that we have ever stayed at. Our room was nicely decorated, and clearly renovated not very long ago. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. They offer free coffee and cold water in their lobby. My husband went downstairs every morning before my son and I were awake, and had coffee and sat on of their comfy couches, which he loved. (There are also coffee pod machines and electric kettles in the rooms if you don't want to go downstairs to get coffee.) The location is also wonderful--very close to all the sites. There is a tram stop only one block away, so we just used that to get to/from the train station in only 7 minutes. We walked everywhere else. We stayed in one of their suites, room 416, which had a very large main bedroom, and then a very small second bedroom off the main bedroom, and a nice large bathroom. This was perfect for us. We highly recommend this hotel! There is a great bakery just around the corner--Le Fournil d'Austerlitz which we highly recommend as well. We got goodies from there each morning for breakfast.

Sehr gut gelegenes Mittelklassehotel, welches gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof oder mit dem Auto (Parkhaus nebenan) erreicht werden kann. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können von da aus zu Fuss entdeckt werden. Der Empfang ist unkompliziert und während des ganzen Aufenthaltes wird man immer sehr freundlich begrüsst und beraten. Mein Zimmer war sehr gross, ruhig zum Innenhof mit einem ebenso grossen Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Die Matratzen und das Mobiliar sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es lässt sich dennoch gut schlafen. Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel gebucht.

Pessima esperienza. Sono stata due notti in questo albergo per motivi di lavoro. Dalle foto sembrava molto migliore. L’hotel sembra vecchio e decadente e la sensazione di sporco ti accompagna ovunque insieme ad un persistente odore di muffa. Nella nostra camera di lato al letto c’era dello sporco incrostato, mentre fuori dalla finestra il corpo di un povero piccione in decomposizione (sarebbe forse il caso di toglierlo di là?). Inoltre ho dimenticato un tesserino sul comodino della stanza ma avvisata con una mail la proprietà mi è stato risposto che non avevano trovato nulla. Unica nota positiva i ragazzi della reception estremamente disponibili e professionali.

Very good location surrounding with all restaurants and shops, also a few steps walk from tram. Hotel room just renovated the room was very new good function. Staff was good and well trained. Hotel provided station to re fill still and sparkling water at the lobby. We will go back again during Christmas.
