The location is in the center of town, so it was easy to get to the Christmas market. There is no parking at the hotel, so you have to walk a little further. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, so I was satisfied.

The reception area is very tiny and hard to contain the flow of tourists. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they could use a little refurbishment. The breakfast was disappointing - no cooked eggs, neither bacon nor pancakes. Eggs were served raw and guests were expected to boil them in a tiny boiler. The location however is the best- close to both the cathedral and the Petite France.

We were in the 4 star hotel. We had some inconveniences, air conditioning which we could not resolve, TV which did not work due to a problem following heavy rain. The manager gave us a discount. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was very good.

Excellent address! Very pleasant welcome, 20 minutes from the station and less than 10 from the cathedral. Spacious room, equipped with all the necessary equipment - hair dryer, safe, TV... - and quiet. Exquisite dinner in a warm atmosphere and special mention for the Chef's Vacherin! Good quality breakfast.

The location is ideal for enjoying beautiful Strasbourg, but conveniently just across the river away from the crowds. We are repeat guests who appreciated the newly renovated room, modern but very cozy. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Our only gripe is the weak wifi and total lack of signal in the breakfast room. Nevertheless, we recommend Au Cerf d’Or without hesitation and will certainly return.

Hotel close to the St Nicolas Parking (price around 20 euros / 24 hours), Hotel a stone's throw from the hyper center, good value for money, clean and quiet, good bedding, everything on site, good breakfast The staff takes great care for these customers

Very pretty hotel in a pure Alsatian style house. The room has all modern comforts (air conditioning, TV, hot drinks) The adjacent spa is a marvel. It contains a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and even a Hammam!
