The hotel property is nice, rooms are well-lit, perhaps a little cramped by American standards but certainly adequate. Breakfast was excellent. HOWEVER, what really sets this property apart is the SERVICE! Wow, wow, WOW! Front desk personnel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, not only in the hotel, but in the city. They called my favorite restaurant to see if we could be seated for dinner that week (they were booked solid for 3 weeks!), and when they could not get through on the telephone, they WALKED to the restaurant and talked with them, successfully securing a table for us for the next night. Unbelievable! I would definitely return.

Reception/Accueil parfait (petit plus, eau et jus de raisin offert aux clients) Espace reception petit mais accueillant, petit jardin avec tables devant l'entree hotel. Suite: grand espace lumineux avec deux piece et salle d'eau. 1ere piece avec vue sur la rue: sofa extensible très confortable , grand miroir, frigo bar (l'eau n'est pas offert 😉), machine Nespresso avec 4 capsules café, bouilloire et the, Tv. 2eme piece avec vue sur la courte intérieure (parking): lit confortable (mais mois large que la sofa), TV, etageres, petite table. Salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, produits toilette de bonne qualité, grande fenêtre vue sur la court intérieure. Très calme. Petit Bémol: parking hotel petit, donc peu de places, nous avons étés diriges vers un parking publique situe à 6/10 minutes à pied depuis l'hotel (tarif préférentiel pour les clients du hotel)

Hotel in posizione davvero strategica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale e dalla Grand Ile. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'Hotel dispone anche di alcuni posti auto che vanno prenotati. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera confortevole e tranquilla. Ottima colazione dolce e salata con ampia scelta. Super consigliabile

Chambre avec planché surélevé et faux plafond = sensation de cage à lapin et douche pas pratique quand on fait + d’1m80.

Très bel hôtel en centre-ville mais dans quartier très calme. Belles chambres très propres. Personnel au top, souriant et disponible. Buffet petit déjeuner varié en chaud et froid, en sale et sucré et frais. Pas d’ascenseur. Pas de parking privé.

das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen in direkter Nähe zum Kanal und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein ganz liebliches Zimmer ganz oben im Dach, sehr romantisch und ruhig. würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und kann zu Fuss alles erkunden

We loved this hotel! The staff were so nice and went out of their way to help you in any way. Our room was so cozy. The location is excellent, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from all of the tourist areas.
