Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Zimmer ist klein, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Bett war bequem. Leider war allerdings das Badezimmer unterirdisch. Dreckig, versifft.. mit kaputter/loser Bodenfliese. Aber immerhin durften wir unseren Hund mitbringen. Das Frühstück kann man sich schenken, da es wirklich auf das mindeste reduziert an der Auswahl war. Eine Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Käse. Keine gekochten Eier

Les chambres fort bruyantes côté rue malgré le double vitrage. Des rénovations "joints fenêtres seraient les bienvenus". Malgré le changement de chambre ,c'est cette fois le velux qui laissait passer la lumière du jour trop tôt. Le double rideau ne sert pas à grand chose. Il faut installer un rideau occultant sur le VELUX

L'hôtel est idéalement situé près du quartier de la petite France. Le personnel est très aimable et pret à donner des conseils. Nous avons eu une chambre très calme, qui ne donnait pas sur la rue principale. La chambre était très propre, literie confortable et salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle. La cerise sur le gâteau : un petit déjeuner varié, composé de bons produits et copieux. Les points a ameliorer : Les couloirs et escaliers mériteraient un coup d'aspirateur plus intensif et l'accès au parking devrait être plus détaillé.

Walking distance to all Strasbourg attractions and the train station. Super friendly staff, gave my parents good dining advice and let them hang out in the lobby, despite them not staying at the hotel. Nice boulangerie next door and a small halal supermarket a few doors down the street. Easy walking access to Petite France, Christmas Markets and the Cathedral.
Rooms have a good sized queen bed, a bathroom with walk in shower and a heated towel rack. A carton of water, tea and coffee is provided. Television is a relatively new Samsung and has chromecast capability, excellent if you don't speak French.

Im Frühstückstaum ein gedränge und da war das Personal überfordert, leider für so vor Weihnachten und voles Hotel zu wenig Personal. War nicht so gemütlich. Frühstücks Angebot OK

Wir waren für 3 Nächte zum Besuch der Weihnachtsmärkte im ClapClap Hôtel. Die Lage zur Innenstadt mit kurzem Fußweg ist überragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zu bemängeln war vor allem das laute Zimmer in der 1. Etage zur Straßenseite, auf der alle paar Minuten Straßenbahnen fahren. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel 3 Stockwerke höher - aber immer noch zur Straße hin - brachte keine Besserung.
Im Zimmer selbst war das Bad recht neu und schön gestaltet. Leider gibt es neben einer kleinen Garderobe praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, ein Schrank fehlt.
Und wenn im digitalen Hotel Guide ein Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr angegeben ist, sollten Gäste nicht schon um 10 Uhr nichts mehr bekommen.
