The breakfast service which was a buffet did not include a tray or plates. I had to take a napkin to put my bread on and spread it. No lighting in the breakfast room. Dark room. I wanted to take some cups and they were all poorly washed, not to mention dirty! So I drank my tea from a cup. I wanted to enjoy my tea on the terrace but the tables were not cleaned. I regret having had breakfast there. And not even a fruit basket at the buffet!

Bon accueil le dimanche soir.
Très bon accueil le matin avec l'ensemble du personnel, surtout Mina. Chambre calme vers l'arrière donnant sur le parking fermé.
Petite salle de bain fonctionnelle en bon état et propre. Literie excellente. Décoration originale.

The room lacked air and overlooked the busy street. The cleanliness left something to be desired. The hungry breakfast, for the content available it is exorbitant. I will not renew my stay at this establishment.

This is not a hotel, it is a dump. The room is not as shown, small, smelly, like the whole building. Showers/toilets are containers in the hallway. When I rebooked to have a shower (probably not cleaned for years) in the room, I had to pay an extra 35 euros. No air conditioning. The room was so hot at night that I caught a cold because we had to sleep with the window open. We then "escaped" early the next morning, exhausted. It is embarrassing for ******* to offer something like this. This was supposed to be a wedding anniversary weekend and was only intended for sleeping because we wanted to visit various places during the day. It was a total fiasco though. I will contact ******* so that I can get my money back. It is really a disgrace to offer something like this

Positives: The bed was comfortable, it was nice having a sink in the room, the hotel was right next to a tram station which as well as a Carrefour (super convenient!) and I liked the keypad lock system because it meant that I didn't have to bring a key or access card around with me. Additionally, both my room and the communal bathrooms were surprisingly clean.
Negatives: I wish there were more options for breakfast, I found the lighting in my room to be quiet dim, and there was no air conditioner so prepare to boil.
Overall, I found the hotel to have great value for the price.
