Travelodge Stratford Upon Avon

Stayed in one of the new rooms on Friday and they were lush! Everything was fresh and clean really did look nice. All staff lovely as well.

Last night a group of us had a few drinks in the bar of the Travelodge and had brilliant service from Rejo and Laird, we kept them very busy but both were always very happy to help and looked after us well. Hope they’re both working next time we stay!

One of the worst experiences we have had, raised our concerns with the hotel regarding high levels of black mold in our shower. To the point where myself or my partner didn’t feel comfortable using the facility for obvious reasons. When we decided that we could t stay in the room we went to reception to request a refund as we were not going to stay in the room. It was completely untouched as it was when we first entered. Refund was refused and the supervisor on shift was absolutely vile, got recordings of her terrible attitude and unwillingness to help despite seeing evidence of the mold on a video I had done to show them. Avoid at all costs, the premier inn just down the road was absolutely fantastic for a very similar price!

During my stay at Travelodge, I found the breakfast to be satisfactory, though not exceptional. However, the convenience of being just a maximum 15-minute walk from the town center was a definite plus. Moreover, the icing on the cake was the parking space,making it hassle-free to explore the area. Coupled with the friendly staff, especially Mr. Rejo's excellent service in bar and Reception Travelodge offers a great value for a comfortable stay.

We stayed a Sunday night and bought breakfast the room.was as expected, a bonus was we forgot hairdryer but were able to borrow one from reception, breakfast was good value fresh tasty food. Traffic noise was noticeable but did not disturb sleep.

Stratford what a lovely place to visit! All staff were very polite and chatty, welcoming on arrival, room was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in I’d say this is very clean. On departure was greeted with a smile and asked how our stay was which is good this is rare. Overall good stay and definitely will be coming back soon.

This proactive approach to guest communication was greatly appreciated and demonstrated TravelodgeHotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience.Throughout my stay, I found Travelodge to be an excellent choice. The accommodations were pristine and inviting, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of travel or exploration. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were delicious and varied, and the staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating.

WORST HOTEL EVER 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My experience at this wanna be hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE. I wouldn't wish for my worse enemy to stay in those conditions. There were skid marks in the toilet which indicated to me that our room hadn't been cleaned since it was last used, my roommates and I were settling in and we realized our sheets were ripped so we went to the front desk and asked for a new one and instead of changing the sheets they handed us a new one and told us to go ahead and change it. Since we arrived our room had yet to be cleaned and the garbage started to over flow so we asked for it to be taken care of and they said "your friends put their garbage outside so you can do that to" they then proceeded to hand us some garbage bags and go about their day. We stayed at this hotel for a while and for the entire duration of the stay THE ROOMS HADNT BEEN CLEANED AND THE SHEETS HADNT BEEN CHANGED the only thing that was changed by the concierge was the towels. Three teenage girls cleaned the room better than all the hotel Concierge put together WORST HOTEL EVER.
