I like the town of Stratford very much. The rooms are very unique. If there is no space in the parking lot, park next to the NPC for 11 pounds a day. Breakfast is a la carte, the minibar is quite rich, the bathroom is well decorated and there is plenty of hot water!

un-pleasant smell from bathroom and tired for running over to front desk for complain and checked out any alternative for change room . Due to full occupancy and no way to change made us un- happy stay and exhausted.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and full of the expected Indigo special touches. The addition of the garden courtyard really sets this one ahead of some of the other IHG hotels we’ve stayed in.

Stayed 4 nights in May. First class rooms and staff and the Hotel is in a great location. The Woodsman Restaurant in the hotel is 5 Star. We dined in it 5 nights and were impressed with all the items on the menu. Highly recommend both. About 2 blocks from the Royal Shakespeare Theater.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were great, the common areas were amazing and the staff was exceptional. It was centrally located near everything and we just wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend this property and would book again.

This hotel is immaculate. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and interested in their guests. We were given information on the local attractions. Our bedroom was beautifully presented, the bed was comfortable and we had a choice of pillows. If we'd wanted there were robes and slippers in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. There is a lovely peaceful garden at the rear of the property with plenty of tables, chairs and sun shades. The car park is spacious with access to the hotel through the garden Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal and yoghurt. There was a toaster available and tea and coffee delivered to the table. There was a huge choice of hot food which was delicious and well presented. We are looking forward to a return visit. The hotel is listed as a 4* but is well on the way to a 5*.

I often stay at this hotel and it always exceeds my expectations, fantastic staff on reception and the bar staff were great last night, accommodating and entertaining. We didnt use the restaurant as we checkedin early and the wife woke up late!!!You will never regret booking this hotel, its brilliant 👏

Booked this fairly last minute as a stop over travelling north… great find! Perfect central location, great choice of room from Tudor right through to modern. Incredibly sympathetic renovation with lovely original characteristics retained. Food great and staff very helpful with nothing too much trouble.
