Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon

un-pleasant smell from bathroom and tired for running over to front desk for complain and checked out any alternative for change room . Due to full occupancy and no way to change made us un- happy stay and exhausted.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and full of the expected Indigo special touches. The addition of the garden courtyard really sets this one ahead of some of the other IHG hotels we’ve stayed in.

Tudor style at front of hoyel. We stayed in newer part at the back. Friendly reception staff. Room was clean. Mini fridge with biscuits/popcorn/water/coke. Coffees and teas provided. Air conditioning was fantastic. Dial in bathroom for speakerto listen to TV😂 . Toiletries in bathroom were great Beds were amazing.. so comfortable. I am a poor sleeper but had 2 good night sleep at this hotel. Really good location. Could walk to Shakespeare's house or river in 10 mins. Hotel is opposite Shakespeare's new place. Hotel has beautiful gardens to sit in ..really quiet. Breakfast was £20 .. continental buffet style and could order hot foods from the menu. Bar and coffee shop near front of hotel. Would stay here again with out a doubt

Superb central-Stratford hotel. Pricy, but worth it. Make sure you book a room with breakfast included - the breakfast was great (but eggs benedict undercooked - should have gone for the full English!). Parking is excellent. Staff were very helpful.

I’ve never posted a review for hotel that I’ve stayed for just one night but we were so impressed by the Indigo Hotel. We arrived at around 1pm, the car park had plenty of spaces and were of a good size, large cars were parked with room to spare. We went to reception to pay for the parking (£12.50 for the night) and we were able to check in early as the room was ready. We stayed in a contemporary king room, it was of a good size, spotlessly clean and we loved the quirky features of the room. We had a mini fridge with complimentary still and sparking water, Coca Cola and a small bottle of fresh milk which was perfect for our tea and coffee in the morning. A Nespresso machine was a welcome addition to the room, however the one in our room did slightly leak. The location was perfect, in the heart of Stratford near all the sights and attractions such as Shakespeare’s birthplace and the RSC, and many lovely pubs and restaurants. I’d also recommend going for a walk around the River Avon and taking a short boat trip. We’re disappointed that we only stayed for one night, we will definitely return!

Another theatre trip! Stayed in February and loved our room so booked again and in a suite which was lovely. Loved the mini bat cocktail😍 Staff are great, car parking a reasonable price, great bar and delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay again! Also so convenient!

- central to sights, walkable to most things - new rooms, well maintained, no tiredness felt - comfy bed and pillows - bright bathroom with great shower - nice amenities provided e.g. iron & ironing board, nespresso machine, shampoo & showerfel, etc. - parking on site ive had to mark the hotel down due to mishap with my hand luggage. i left this at reception and came back later to collect. when i came back to collect, receptionist told me my luggage was passed to another guest who had already left the hotel. the guest was contacted and was nice enough to come back to the hotel to return the luggage, we waited about an hour for them to come back. annoyed but these things happen and nothing we can do about it, glad we got the luggage back
