Twelfth Night Guesthouse

This is the nicest, friendliest place we have stayed in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great choice of food for breakfast, all freshly cooked. Easy walking distance to town centre and local attractions. Highly recommended

Everything about Twelfth Night clearly shows the dedication of the owners. The detail, cleanliness of the rooms and going out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Firstly, great location, easy to walk to town, the river or Anne Hatheways house. The parking to the rear of the property was great, meant we parked and forgot until we departed. Secondly, the accommodation is super clean, the little touches in the room show the attention to detail. Tea and coffee, biscuits and treats greet you, excellent quality bedding etc. everything is clean, obviously something we look for and appreciate. Lastly, do not miss the breakfast. Beautiful china, fresh fruit, juices and cereals. The Full English set us up for the day and was so tasty. Highly recommend a stay at Twelth Night, we will definitely stay here again when we next visit Stratford-Upon-Avon. Thank you Annie and James.

The hosts were very nice and the room were very nice too. There's free parking and WiFi. The breakfast is delicious. You can have a Full English , however, I had the waffle with bacon and egg one day and the blueberry pancake, with egg and bacon the next-both came with maple syrup It's within walking distance to Anne Hathaway's cottage, William Shakespeare's birthplace, the RSC and town centre.

Annie and James are the perfect hosts. I booked a room with them for my wife and I to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. We had been to the same guesthouse on our honeymoon and I asked them if they would give us exactly the same room that we had all those years ago with flowers and champagne for us on arrival. They were more than happy to help, and their hospitality from the first communication back in January, to out checking out yesterday was first class. Thank you Annie and James for helping us celebrate 30 years married. Perhaps we won't leave it so long again to book another stay in Stratford upon Avon.

This is our second stay at Twelfth Night and is now our "go to" B&B when planning a Stratford visit. The hosts are so accommodating and we were able to park up, check in and leave our luggage early so we could attend an early matinee at the RSC. We had the garden room which is lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal for walking into Town and breakfast is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

Beautifully front garden and villa. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Had the attic room for a one night stay with everything you could wish for. Choice of breakfasts plus cereal , fresh fruit & yoghurt, cooked well. Could not have asked for more. Heartily recommend 😊

Staying at Twelfth Night is a real treat. My friend and I have visited 3 times in 7 years and from the moment we walk into this beautiful guest house, we feel relaxed and happy! Annie and James are a wonderful team and take great care in all aspects of their guests’ stay. From their attractive front garden to the welcoming hallway, there are many interesting features to catch the eye on the way to the rooms. Our ensuite bedrooms are always super comfortable and the complimentary touches are just one other lovely aspect to enjoy. Comfy beds, immaculate and pristine rooms. The breakfast choice is excellent and prepared to perfection. Friendly and helpful, Annie and James are rightly proud of their business and we feel lucky to have discovered them and Twelfth Night. I love Stratford. It’s the place I go when I want to escape from the realities of life. The Twelfth Night has become my Stratford home and that is all down to Annie and James. They get to know their guests well, they take care of them. Coming to the Twelfth Night is like being adopted into a family, making Stratford all the better. Their breakfast is high quality and keeps you going for the full day. Their rooms are beautiful and have unique themes. And the detail! You’ll find beautiful little tea pots and pots to put sweets in, dotted around the room, everything finished to a pristine standard. You will also get the coziest night sleep, the beds ready to just pull you into the the world of dreams, where you might meet Puck along the way. I cannot rate the place higher. It’s one of my favourite places to be. I now come to Stratford as much to stay at The Twelfth Night as to go to the theatre. This is THE place to stay in Stratford.

I am submitting this on behalf of a friend with no online access . She had a 2 night stay recently and found the guest house very good value for money . Everything was very clean ; breakfast was well presented and plentiful , with an excellent choice and the gardens were really lovely . Location was perfect and the walk into town straightforward and less than 10 minutes. Many might appreciate a more streamlined, modern decor but attention to detail was exceptional . Extras such as robes and a sewing kit are rarely found in guesthouses and make a real difference to the stay . Annie and James are excellent hosts and a stay here is highly recommended.
