Rezeption: Bei der Ankuft wurden wir in den "Altbau" geschickt weil sich unsere Zimmer im "Altbau" befinden. Als Gast hat man hier sofort den Eindruck "man wird abgeschoben". Hier gäbe es sicher eine andere Formulierung wie z.b. "ein weiterer Trackt des Hauses" oder ähnlich. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel dürfte ein geschultes Personal diese Sensibilität besitzen. Beim Frühstück war das Personal leider nicht sehr motiviert und freundlich. Das am Buffet gelegentlich die Speisen ausgehen ist ganz normal. Wenn ich aber um 09.00 Uhr zum Frühstück komme und sehe, dass die Haferflocken leer sind und eine Stunde später immer noch nicht nachgefüllt sind, zeigt mir das von Nachlässigkeit des Personals. Beim Galaabend hätte die Anordnung der länglichen Tische in Fischgrätform erfolgen müssen, somit hätte es wenig Gäste gegeben, die mit dem Rücken zur Bühne saßen. Dies kann natürlich auch am Veranstalter gelegen haben. Alles in Allem seid ihr ein schönes und tolles Haus.

Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider waren wir aus geschäftlichen Gründen vor Ort und konnten den Wellnessbereich aus Zeitgründen nicht nutzen. Das Personal und der Service war einwandfrei.

Sehr schönes Hotel, kann man empfehlen Zimmer waren in einem sauberen Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück reichhaltig. eigene Parkgarage, allerdings sehr eng. Lage ist in Ordnung, wir haben alles zu Fuß erledigt

Gut gelegen in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Bahnhof Straubing. Schönes, zweckmäßige eingerichtetes Zimmer für die Geschäftsreise. Entspannter Schlaf dank ruhiger Lage und bequemen Bett. Sauberkeit und Service waren 1A wie immer.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Leider etwas kompliziert aufgeteilt, wohl durch An- und Umbauten. Das Frühstück war erstklassig und der Konferenzbereich gut organisiert. De Betten waren top und der Spa-Bereich absolute Spitzenklasse.

Aufgrund einer ungeplanten Geschäftsreise hatte ich kurzfristig in dem Hotel ein Zimmer gebucht. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang konnte ich das recht kleine Zimmer beziehen, aber zumindest gab es eine kleine Sitzecke, so dass man auf dem Zimmer arbeiten konnte. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man sich so wünscht und der Service war sehr freundlich. Somit grundsätzlich eine Empfehlung.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel Gäste für eine Hochzeit. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut die Mitarbeiter am Schalter und auch in der Feier waren sehr nett und freundlich! es war alles top kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Totally worried the money the effort and all! The experience was amazing! Loved it all! Both me and my husband! The spa area also was fantastic, many options, super clean and gave you the opportunity to relax on another level!
