Stayed for two nights. There is a McDonald's opposite. There is a shopping mall 15 minutes walk away. When I stayed in June 24, the facilities were newer. There was no laundry room, but there was a small gym. The breakfast was OK. It was quite comfortable for a short stay. I will consider coming back next time if I have the chance.

Great service at check-in and a special shout out to Mia who is a great ambassador to excellent customer service.
Gave me a quiet room and also went the extra mile and wrote down directions of Manchester United stadium (and tram), even though I didn't ask for them.
Gold star employee in my opinion.

Arrived and room was tidy but there was blood on the bed sheets. Despite informing reception nothing was done. I even went to reception again and no one did anything. My wife called when I arrived home. Twice no one called me back!! Customer service not great. They then advised they would issue a refund but I am still waiting ?
