Hotel muy acogedor, con una bonita piscina con el volcán de fondo

Situé à une demi-heure de marche du port et 15 min du centre (pas de navette contrairement à d’autres hôtels de même classe) L’environnement de l’hôtel est luxuriant Notre chambre dans une petite maison dans le jardin est sombre il n’y a que 2 petites lucarnes Le confort est basique tout comme la salle d’eau mais c’est propre La terrasse dans notre cas au soleil permet de sécher les serviettes, ce n’est pas le cas quand elle est au nord ! La piscine est grande et sympathique Le petit déjeuner est basique aussi, les jus de fruits sont invuvables et sans saveur

Una vera coccola , oltre ad un oasi di pace la cosa che mi ha colpita di più è stata l’accoglienza ricevuta, servizievole su tutto , la pulizia delle camere al top , colazione abbondante e varia ,ristorante con ottimi piatti ed ottimo servizio piscina con una vista mozzafiato. Super consigliato , con uno staff incredibile da Sergio, Martina ,Patrizia, Rosy, Lorenzo grazie per questi giorni..

Uno dei migliori hotel di tutta l’isola… Lo consiglierei a tutti sia per la disponibilità e la cordialità del personale ma soprattutto per la pulizia tenuta all’interno delle camere. Ottimo anche il servizio e la qualità della ristorazione sia per colazione che per il pranzo.

piscina bella ma poco sporca di sabbia nel fondo e insetti nella superficie. reception con personale gentile e cordiale. pulizia camere buona ma camere semplici, basiche, forse fin troppo. colazione basica, semplice, forse poca scelta. ottima posizione, vicino a spiagge accessibili e belle. consiglio questo hotel a famiglie con bambini ma anche coppie.

Located 2 km from the pier, you have to take a tuc tuc otherwise a good 20 minute walk. Beautiful rooms, original decor, pleasant dining room, very quiet hotel. However, we regret that our rooms were only ready after lunch for some people in our group.

The Hotel La Sciara is a love story between the staff and the hotel itself. A story made of passion and commitment in order to keep alive a structure with enormous potential and, who knows why, not understood by the owners. The highest marks should be given by default for a structure that boasts welcoming and clean rooms, a varied and abundant breakfast and a sense of welcome that only a staff in love with their work can offer. And all this with a work team that is forcibly weakened and which, for obvious reasons, leaves something behind. Obviously nothing transcendental and which in any case does not compromise the success of the stay. We have been frequenting La Sciara for years and, as far as possible, we will not fail to provide our support in the future in the certainty of a great rebirth. Come on Sergio and come on everyone. Dirty hotel, rooms with cobwebs, disastrous breakfast, juices are not natural, shortage of fruits, bathrooms when you shower smell like a mass grave, a shame they sell you what is not. The place is great, but I would never return. Ha, and we asked for the best. a courtesy room to shower, they told us that there is no problem, we informed them of the time we would arrive to shower and the surprise was that the room was occupied, lack of professionalism. There are more better hotels in Estronboli.

I don't hide that the expectations were quite high, after years of Strombolian houses I experienced my first hotel on the island. Unfortunately, beyond some negligible structural details, what did not convince me is the staff, which in my opinion constitutes 80% of the success of the structure: between sparkling water served at room temperature, appetizers delivered to the table at the same time as the dishes of flow - moreover submerged in garlic after having expressly requested its omission - I add the lack of care towards the users of the swimming pool, with a bartender sitting behind the bar counter, fixed on the phone, when he could occupy part of his time doing a ride to offer/sell drinks to boats. It would take very little to make this place a charm.
