It was very loud. Other customers were right outside our door just talking real loud. Could hear the airplanes ✈ taking off. Room was decent. Bathroom really small no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The traffic was crazy in the early mornings. Weather was great!!

The room is OK, but nothing special. The ”You Can't Say We Didn't Have One Breakfast Buffet” was a big disappointment. Ice cold hard boiled eggs, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, apples(no bananas), mini muffins, granola bars and cheap white bread for toast are the high lights. Coffee service is better in your room and the OJ was acidic, so I am glad I took my antacid. The TV channels consist of 20 Latino channels and 52 Music Choice channels. There doesn't seem to be a channel selection guide either printed or on screen and the Up channel button doesn't work, so you just have to jump through channels and hope you get lucky. The room was clean and the a/c-heat worked fine. There was an alarm clock, but plugging it in seemed to be a problem, so I didn't bother. The table lamps were dirty and could use an upgrade to the ones with usb ports and 110v outlets. There is a plug strip on the desk, but it's almost full and ugly. In short, I have done worse, but I have also paid less.

I had a wonderful perfect stay! I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am for the week and a half I just spent with you all 🙏. My dad had a housefire, so I have a lot going on up in upstate New York, working seventeen hour days. I really needed to unplug and de-stress, I absolutely was able to do that!!! ! I could not believe how incredibly respectful the staff was, especially in the morning. I live on the road one third of the year, and I have never had the luxury or ability of being able to sleep in, usually because the staff are so noisy going about their business in the morning. Not this place. so incredibly quiet that several mornings I accidentally slept in way past the time I wanted to actually get up, trying not to freak out as I'm looking at the alarm clock indicating it's almost noon because it was just that quiet. I think that's incredible with consideration that the hotel was at 100% occupancy just about the entire time I was there! 👏 I wanted to make it known how incredibly grateful I was to Kayla, who personally oversaw a few aspects of my stay, for example my wanting to extend on two separate occasions. It is very difficult to find people who actually do their job anymore post Covid, most of them seeming to attempt to get away with the bare minimum with respect to their jobs, and how it impacts the hotels I stay in. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a personal matter that I was concerned about was handled perfectly. Post covid, I am quite used to having to double check after people, however, I dare say my concerns had been handled brilliantly, with that old familiar level of professionalism that we all took for granted pre-Covid, where every i dotted and t crossed! So very rare to come across such exceptional levels of professionalism these days, let alone a complete stranger, choosing to go the extra mile for me!! Management material right there!! For this random act of kindness, I had expressed how truly grateful I was to Kayla, who was so humble about it all. I'm pretty sure she was the only one on duty throughout the night, and still took on my personal matter for me, despite all her other many tasks, she demonstrated nothing more than authentic sincerity and gratitude of her being able to be there for me. Such an honor and privilege to come across such a remarkable human being!! 🙏🙏🙏

This is a very nice place to stay if you're going to be driving along I-95 and want to stay in the general area. We were Fort Pierce for the day and decided to stay here. The room was super clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was the usual fare, maybe a bit better than average. The main positive thing were the staff. Check-in was a breeze, all employees were friendly and knowledgeable, the place had a good vibe. All kinds of fast food available in the area. We got take out from Blaze Pizza across the street, which worked out well.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and the service attitude is very good, but in this small place, I feel that the price is a bit high. It is because our car burst on the highway, and I can go to this hotel for one night.
GGuest UserThe check in front desk clerk (Jill) was not very friendly. I asked her if It was possible to get a king room and she frowned and was like no, then gave my co worker a king room. She acted as if we were getting free rooms, when my company is paying well for us to stay at the hotel. The hotel is on the old style and my bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, there was hair in the tub and they only clean the rooms on the 5th day of your stay so these rooms should be spotless. The Tissue box in my bathroom was also empty. My co workers said that the Hilton Suites 2 was much better, but they were full so my company had to book us here. The morning front desk crew were all very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this one was just mediocre. The breakfast wasn't that good either, the bacon was actually burnt, so you picked it up and besides being black it cracked because it was crispy burnt. Hampton Inn in Stuart needs to upgrade and do better.

GGuest UserI was leary of this hotel because it was a Best Western and the price was good but I was very happy with our stay. This hotel was nicely updated and EXTREMELY clean. It was very family-oriented, pet friendly and had a great breakfast in the morning. The exterior was nicely maintained and clean and very well-lit. It was right in the heart of Stuart Florida in a safe part of town. Close to restaurants and downtown nightlife.
GGuest UserWhen reviewing this property, it appears that you are staying at a well run Marriott resort, but we were not impressed. Our room in the Sandpiper had been updated, which is what the online pictures reflected. The pillows were as fluffy as the bath towels and even though you are provided two, it makes no difference. The dishwasher in the room could not even open all the way due to the way the kitchen area was set up which didn’t allow us to load the large plates in the dishwasher. We ate at the Sandpiper bar area for lunch twice. The first time, the service and the food was terrible. They brought us two separate entrees because they weren’t sure what we ordered. Our drinks were not refilled. My cheeseburger cheese had been visibly scraped off and my son’s chicken fingers were not cooked all the way through. At the pool, another day, we attempted to order a drink and chips and salsa at 5:00 but were told since they were closing at 5:30, there was no way this could happen. The second time we ate lunch at the bar, Marriott executives were present, eating lunch at the bar, and it was a vastly different experience. All of the employees were in their uniforms and we were checked on, asked if our food came out correctly, and our drinks were refilled. Each room is only allotted two beach chairs and an umbrella, which is not included in the resort fee. We are a family of four, so this was annoying. The next day we went to the beach at 10:30, there was no one at the beach rental area. They returned at 11:30 and they allowed us to rent four chairs the next day, which was a good change! The pool is dirty along the wall of chairs with old goldfish crackers and overall needs a good cleaning. All in all, we will not be back to this resort. It was very disappointing for the amount we paid each day to stay at this maximum three star experience.
