It's very close to Universal Studios. You can walk to the subway station and take the scenic shuttle bus. If you don't want to wait for the bus, it takes 10 minutes to climb uphill. The layout of the hotel has been updated and is different from the Ctrip pictures. But that's it for people in a foreign country. The hotel has a small swimming pool that you can call The front desk is open for tours, but the United States is a country with a tipping culture. I always feel that you should tip whenever you ask. You can get ice cubes on the third floor. Check-in requires a 21 o'clock surcharge fee every night (parking is 34/night). It is said that the price increase is given to employees.

Booked this hotel because it’s very close to Universal Studios. 7 minute walk to the free tram that took us straight to the park. Parking was $32 per day. But honestly you can park across the street for free at the metro parking. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy. Would stay here again!

The room was quite different from the picture. The smell of disinfectant in the corridor was very strong and the facilities were very old. I felt it was really not worth the price. The only thing worth choosing is that it is very close to Universal.

Balcony was really really dirty with giant roaches. I paid $30 cash for parking because I came early and walked to Universal Studios. When I came back later to formally check in, they charged me again on my credit card I'm still waiting for a refund. The hotel is actually really cute, butcher location leaves little to be desired. G the bartender was awesome though!

Door lock was not working. We couldn't open the door from outside using key card and was unable to lock the door from inside.
