"UK family of 4 visiting Universal studios, was an ideal location we only done an overnight stay with walking distance to theme park was able to use the carpark, staff were friendly upon arrival and whilst we stayed, the room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy the only thing we can really fault not really the hotel fault but the noise from room above, there must have been a child or children present that seemed to want to run up and down the room most of the night and when they woke up and in the morning which was very noisy, maybe the hotel reception could just mention to guest to be more considerate for other hotel guest between certain hours, otherwise great hotel for what was needed for us"

"The room (two Queen Beds for five nights) is very comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. The vibe is so chillax. The food is gorgeous at the Front Yard restaurant where I did enjoy brunch, dinner and even takeaway as well. Staff there are of very good customer service as well. You can easily purchase the Universal Studio tickets at the hotel as well as enjoy free shuttle trolley to the Studio. Everything just exceeded my expectations."

"It's super close to Universal Studios. There's nothing else to ask for. The room is too small, not suitable for families, and there's nothing to go shopping nearby. The only place you can go shopping is the sidewalk!"
