Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City Reviews

All of the members of this hotel was soo nice:) One of the best things of Hilton Los Angeles/Universal city is the location from a theme park to the hotel!! And I was really satisfied with a early check-in:D

Great service ❤️ Excellent view and kid friendly. Very close to attractions and the area was clean.

It’s very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Walkable distance, 8 mins walk. There is shuttle bus provided but we prefer walking. The room is spacious and clean. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Very good location but the room is too old, towels are as old as like pool towels. Bed sheets and bathroom are not clean. And self parking charged $45 until the next day until 6 pm.

In Universal City. 7 to 10 minute walk to Universal Studios. It's an overall great hotel. Very clean and great service!

Hotel closed to Universal studios, walking around 5 minutes. Great room, clean. The only bad was check in time waiting too long. We were arriving 12 pm and we had to waiting till 4 pm to get our room.

Great hotel and location this is located very close from Universal Studios so you can walk to the park easily.

Everything at the Hilton was great. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready yet. But the staff messaged us once the room was early so we could explore around without concerns.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Super clean and convenient if you are going to Universal studios I would highly recommend!

The location deserves a point, the Five on the hill restaurant deserves a point. No room clean service, I called for cleaning the room because I have no tower to use, and they said they can deliver the towers but still no cleaning service unless you stay for at least 3 days. Pool with no safe guard too, instead with a sign, it said the safety is on yourself, although the pool’s deep suddenly from 3’ to 5’, its the dangerous pool I have ever seen. So be careful you kids all the time. When you going to the self parking, remember follow the right side, because the left side has a stupid central island, it will always scrape the wheel. And also, if you arrived on weekday, even though Friday, there’s no restaurant open except for dinner, your only option is order in room or go to the pool side. Long words short, if you have all the energy to do everything by yourself and pay $200 plus/night only for the room occupancy, then congratulations, you have chosen the right hotel. BTW, it has no difference between the guest room and the executive room, don’t waste your money to choose executive. Good luck.
