Good location. I stayed to do my study. Easy to park and near satay restaurant.

Good and clean

Booked rooms with breakfast but when we asked they said they didn't provide any breakfast for guests. It is ok if they can explain to us nicely but one of the male staff are very rude to customers . Fyi we booked 2 rooms with breakfast which is every rooms we add on RM20. Actually this is not about how much we spend for the rooms because we didn't ask for any refund but we just cannot accept the services and how they treat guests. Other than that room's condition also not so good. We got dirty bedsheets and also dusty room.

Nice hotel. The staff service very good and friend. The hotel will make stay smile.

Bad clealiness

It's called a three-star hotel, but it's not worth the price at all. I looked at the price list at the front desk and it was much lower than what I booked on the platform, but the single room I was given actually had no windows. The toilet hardware is also broken. Such as towel rails and toilet nozzles.

With large luggage, I arranged a stair-climbing room and asked the hotel front desk to change it. Then I changed to the elevator room on the 3rd floor. I suspected that the electric water heater was broken. I checked into room 307, but the water heater had no hot water. I called the front desk to change to room 308. It was different from our room type. It had no windows, and the bed was uneven. I sat on the end of the bed, and the head of the bed was tilted up. It’s inconvenient to move, the front desk disagrees, forget it, let’s go to 308, turn on the water heater for a while and wait for the hot water, but the water heater has been on for a long time without hot water, which made us more than 12 o’clock in the morning. Fortunately, we had the foresight, the door of room 307 was not locked, and we moved things after the hot water in room 308 was turned on. We expected it, but it was not. , The service of this kind of hotel is too bad, and the facilities are too old. If you don't want to take a cold shower, don't book this hotel. You forgot to take pictures after going back and forth, but I'm telling the truth, I never want to give a bad review, this time I will give a bad review
