The couch was ripped The bed is a bit dirty

Very clean, friendly staff, great price, location good, close to stores. Whenever we go through Sudbury, this is where we stay.

The server at breakfast was excellent.

Older hotel located in the downtown area of Sudbury. It was clean but lacked access to dining locations. One had to use a car to get to services since walking was not an option.

Heat is not working, complained to the guest service. But still not working after they fix it.

This was the worst experience ever! Rooms were dirty, in the first room they assigned us the bed was dirty and had been slept in. The next room assigned had dirty towels!! The bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall and there was no silicone around tub! Breakfast area was dirty and selection poor. Staff lied about who was manager to avoid taking responsibility for substandard experience. I watched someone whom walked in changed $169 a night when the ******* rate was $119. The desk staff wouldn't let him speak with the manager to negotiate rate and pretended the manager wasn’t there even though he was. I could see this because I was in the lobby long enough to witness the interactions. Despicable customer service. Dirty place and horrible experience.

Property was as expected. The service was courteous and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable.
