Great Location for Shopping (Costco, Walmart , Home Depot) Very Helpful Manager Peter and his staff to accommodate our last minute trip to Sudbury Comfortable bed and pillows Clean, friendly staff , Quiet and included Breakfast was great with lots of variety Thankyou

Property is fantastic, very well kept. Had to keep my family busy for 2 hours as the room was not ready at check in time. Refrigerator in room was very loud, kept us all up, had to unplug in in the middle of the night. Told front desk about it at check out time

Excellent staff, easy check in/out, helpful advice, very friendly. Excellent room size, extremely comfortable beds, clean and as we had a whirlpool bath, which no one else offers, with a great shower available as well, a most enjoyable stay. Lots of places to eat nearby or within a short drive.

The pool and hot tub were out of service for my whole 3-day stay. Breakfast was pretty awful. Otherwise decent hotel. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff.

I booked 2 rooms as we were going to visit family. I orginally booked 2 night but a week or more before coming called the hotel and changed to 1 night for the 2 rooms. I received a revised booking. On the day of arrival I received an email to check into the 2 rooms. I did that and indicated we would get there around 9:30pm. Well we arrived to be told our rooms were cancelled. I said who cancelled them as it was not me and if fact I checked in today via the the email link that was sent to me. Showed the person email and repeated my story. He said I am sorry but we are full and you will have to go to another hotel. I said I do no think so and repeated my story again. He said I do not know what to do. Then disappears and comes back and said oh you already checked in and I replied yes I said that 3 times. My husband and I travel a lot. Marriott is one of the hotel chains we use. I was so disappointed. In the end the rooms were great and the breakfast was as well.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, not only the front desk, but the tall older lady during breakfast was exceptional. Asking if we were ok, did we need anything etc. Best breakfast experience, variety of hot food, fruits, juices, bread etc. Staff at the front were very nice especially Mahmudul Haq. He went above and beyond to help us find a restaurant, called them to clarify the menu, located them, etc. He also suggested other cuisines. He treated us with such respect and made us feel our stay is important. I would recommend he get promoted. Incredible customer service experience.
