It was a good accommodation. Had to stay the night for early morning surgery. Front desk clerks were friendly and efficient. Wasn’t a long stay. Quite expensive for one short night!

Convenient as it is near hospital. However, some dining facility would greatly improve the hotel. Breakfast was good, but no other meals were available and nothing nearby.

SHORT TRIP AND STAFF ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS VERY CLOSE TO WERE WE NEED TO BE AND WE LIKE HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL.WE HAVE BOOKED ROOMS THERE SEVERAL TIMES. THANK YOU.

Room was very clean and inviting. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism was with the breakfast. The eggs and ham had dried out in the warming pan. Also, I need to eat gluten free and besides the breakfast cereals, there were no gluten free options for me. It would be wonderful if you had some gluten free frozen bread that could be available to eat with the eggs,etc.

Checkin was quick and staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Only problem was that our toilet was not flushed (paper products in it) but that was easily overcome by a flush.
Breakfast was basic, but hit the spot.

This is the best place to stay in the North. They have everything you need all in one location - excellent cleanliness, superb and very helpful staff and are extremely helpful to those who have health issues as well. Highly recommend it !!

All staff have always been friendly and helpful. Our room has been clean. Above all, it has been wonderful to have such close access to the hospital over several medical appointments in the past six months that have required an overnight stay. Last week in particular we were grateful to be accommodated on a last-minute basis thanks to a late cancellation.
