較為不滿意，原因如下：
1. 掛羊頭賣狗肉，一到店就告訴我們説原預訂房間（那個北歐大床房）空調壞了，給我們調整為另一個房間，其實都不是悦途優家的房型，而是一個叫做"金也納"的酒店
2. 調整後的房間直接打不開門，應該是門鎖沒電了，十分影響體驗
3. 前台和上面的服務人員溝通不暢，服務意識和能力均有所欠缺
4. 最後換了一個面積較大的麻將房，但衞生十分一般，且沒有電吹風，向前台反饋後也沒能提供
