"The wedding room next door was noisy from early morning until 8am. I couldn't stand it anymore and called the front desk, but they just said sorry and asked them to keep it down. It was useless. They kept making noise. I was planning to check out at 12pm, but I couldn't stand it anymore so I checked out at 8am. I understand the wedding room in the hotel, but shouldn't it be separated from the normal room? The front desk didn't try to solve it, just said sorry. This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, and I will not stay there again. I suggest you go to Marriott, the experience is really different."
