karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

酒店位置於新大阪商住區，行路到御堂筋線大概10分鐘，夜晚回酒店需要行一段路程，人流比較少，酒店設施還算新，不錯，外圍環境不錯，酒店傍邊有很多好吃的。

The rooms, facilities, and staff were all very nice, but the low level of civility of the foreign guests made it a very disappointing hotel. In the large public bath, most guests did not dry themselves off, and there were people who wrung their hair out in the changing room, people who bathed in their swimsuits, people who bathed even though they were on their period, and people who were using their smartphones in the bath. There were warning signs posted in the changing rooms, but they were small and no one saw them. I think things might improve a little if the front desk explained how to use the large public bath. I would like to use the bath again, so I would appreciate it if you could take measures.

あまり聞いたことのないホテルだったのでちょっと不安だったのですが、フロントの対応も良く、ゆっくり過ごせました。 遅い新幹線で行ったので、不安でしたが、意外に近く周りにコンビニもあり、よかったです

The location is good, just a seven or eight minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The price/performance ratio is OK, the room size is just so-so, you can't expect too much from this in Japan. Check-in and check-out are also very fast
