提前預訂後，到店説沒對應房型，大床沒了説給換標間，現場等待半小時左右前台告知直接換不了，需要取消後訂房。態度非常不好，直到説要平台投訴，才給辦理住宿，體驗非常差，酒店裡麪衞生跟招待所一樣。
