My room was okay the place was not very clean possibly doing work on the place the continental breakfast consisted of Bad Coffee no coffee stirrers and no food

When I got there the key reader did not work, every day, I had to get a new key to get into the room. The first day I got a shower I went to get a towel, and a pile of cigarettes and ashes come out of the towel all over me in a non-smoking room there was a pile of concrete dried and left in the bottom of the shower with mold all around the shower and mold on my rag. The air that came out of the AC smelled like smoke. I was there on business trip in the area. Housekeeping lady came in several times while I was sleeping to clean. I said I’m good but she did not speak English so she continue to clean while I was laying in bed. That wasn’t very cool. The website advertised that they would serve breakfast every day. They never did serve breakfast at this hotel. The lamp inside the room never did work. Poor lighting in the room. I will never stay here again.

Check in clerk was professional and helpful. The toilet didn’t flush in the room and she immediately switched my room, and then only 1 key worked and again she immediately fixed it. Very nice young lady.

I feel unsafe. Smoke alarm and door safely latch were missing from the room. Hotel were dirty. Pictures attached said it all.
