"I AM IMPRESSED! It has been a rare occasion that I asked for a digital card and it worked. I always ask for extra towels, as a family of 6 and usually that is ignored. BUT IT WAS NOT HERE!! I checked in late, 9pm, after being on the road all day, in the construction and rain plus I had got a cold and was not exactly feeling the best. It was raining and I had the kids with me. I pulled up under the eve to see a luggage cart right there and unloaded the car. The hotel had alerted me that my room was ready at 3pm and waiting for me with my digital card working!! THANK YOU! I asked for a low floor room and we got that. We rounded the corner and there was our room. The digital key worked and I moved the kids and the luggage in. As Hilton Members I appreciated the little note that you left with our free waters already in the room. We got showers, and went straight to bed. The bed was clean. The room was clean. No problems in the bathroom. The shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was ready and we grabbed some coffee and got on our way home. Next door is a gas station. Down the street was Wendys, Burger King, McDonalds. Easy off and on the highway. This is going to be my stop each time to and from Florida. Thank you so much for actually looking at and accommodating the the requests of low floor and making sure there were enough towels for all in the room. The parking lot is right at the door and park was easy and plentiful. I REALLY appreciate this hassle free hotel."

"I'll start by saying that there were hotels closer to my jobsite that I passed up because it was well worth the little bit of extra drive time. I travel extensively for work and of the all the places I've stayed, this is certainly a contender for the top spot. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last two years and really can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious and as I mentioned above, the staff and management is simply excellent. It really makes such a big difference when you're gone so much to have a friendly face and a kind word when you're coming and going. Many thanks to all the amazing folks working here (shout out to Ms. Debbie for many delightful late night chats) and I'll certainly be staying here again."
